Order Process

Step 1

Select the item(s) you would like to order - are you looking for tee shirts, hoodies, hats, or a promotional mug? Check out our feature products for special pricing on popular styles, as well as our
online catalogues to find the product you’re looking for.

Step 2

What is your logo format? In most cases, we prefer vector based artwork such as EPS, AI or CDR; but we can work with other formats like JPEG or PNG. Send your artwork files to sales@promogear.ca and we’ll guide you through the rest.

Step 3

Do you want screenprinting, embroidery or heat transfer? Minimum order quantity in most cases is just 12 units; however, the more you order the better the price! The variables affecting pricing include: # of colours in your design / logo size / logo location (i.e. do you need front and back?) / quantity of products ordered.

Step 4

How many of each product are you requiring? Our prices are based on the quantity of items and the design requirements.

Step 5

Once we have the above details, we will provide you with a PDF proof of your order, along with a quote for your final approval prior to production.
